My fitness journey is always evolving with my life, but my focus has always been on longevity. I love doing Pilates, yoga, strength training and cardio fitness (rowing, sprinting and cycling) weekly! I consider myself a self-care geek, because taking care of my body has been a life-long goal. I love treating myself to acupuncture, massage and facials.
